BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — A judge has set bond for a former Berkeley County employee who faces multiple counts of exposing someone to HIV, court records state.
Zachary Cyrus, 39, was charged with three counts of exposing another to HIV, according to jail records.
Court records show that a judge set a surety bond of $50,000 on those counts during a Wednesday bond hearing. The judge also ordered Cyrus to remain on house arrest.
