Lowcountry Literacy Project to premiere new documentary ‘The Rising Tide: Literacy in the Lowcountry’

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – They say it’s not a moment; it’s a movement. Lowcountry Literacy Project, a nonprofit committed to ensuring every child learns to read, will premiere its documentary, ‘The Rising Tide: Literacy in the Lowcountry’ on Tuesday evening.

The Lowcountry Literacy Project is working to provide intensive training using the Orton-Gillingham approach with coaching and resources.
