NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department held a swearing-in ceremony for four officers Tuesday morning.
The officers graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy last week. They had to complete physical, psychological and medical tests along with background checks.
