CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A major winter storm across the eastern half of the United States will have minimal impacts in the Lowcountry as we head into the weekend.
FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAYS are in effect for Saturday and Sunday as we watch for the possibility of some light freezing rain across inland areas, near I-95.
Scattered showers will develop on Saturday as our winter storm begins to develop along the Gulf Coast and track toward the Carolinas. Light freezing rain may develop in areas near I-95 Saturday afternoon/evening.
