CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Progress is underway at the old Piggly Wiggly site on Sumar Street in West Ashley, as workers delivered a temporary construction office.
A spokesperson for the city of Charleston confirmed that the office will be used for phase one of the Ashley Landing redevelopment project, which includes plans for a new Publix.
