Very cold temperatures move into the Lowcountry

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Very cold temperatures will settle into the Lowcountry this week with overnight lows in the 20s and even colder wind chills.

The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a “cold weather advisory” effective 10 p.m. Monday through 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Forecasters say very cold wind chills in the low to mid-teens are expected for southeast South Carolina, including Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, and Williamsburg counties…
