Charleston Police arrest man for shoplifting, resisting arrest

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston Police officers arrested a man on Wednesday afternoon after he ran after a shoplifting incident.

Graylin Richardson, Jr. was charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest, according to Sgt. Chris Stinson.
