CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A new student housing development broke ground downtown Wednesday, bringing The Mark Charleston, a six-story complex, one step closer to completion.
The development will offer 99 units and 335 beds when finished in about a year and a half. The site is located at 500 E. Bay St. downtown.
