Police search for missing jogger with Alzheimer’s in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) — The Mount Pleasant Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person.

Lt. Donald Calabrese said James Parker was last seen Friday around 7 p.m. jogging near Bampfield Drive in the Hobcaw Point neighborhood off Mathis Ferry Road.

Parker was described as a white male in his mid-60s with Alzheimer’s and is believed to be wearing a gray sweater and blue sweatpants…
