CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Lowcountry woke up to a blanket of snow on the ground and dangerously cold temperatures Sunday morning.
People should continue to limit travel due to slick road conditions, which could become a problem again late Sunday night into early Monday morning due to snow melting and re-freezing.
