CHARLESTON , S.C. (WCIV) — Many public libraries, courts, and local government offices are slated to open at noon Monday, but some are closed altogether due to concerns over icy roads left behind from this weekend’s snow with freezing temperatures set to return Sunday evening.
The City of Charleston announced that city offices and facilities will delay opening until noon Monday. Crews are actively salting roadways and residents are encouraged to stay off the roads if possible, the city said.
