NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Two brothers were arrested Thursday in connection with a series of air conditioner thefts from unfinished apartment complexes, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Juan Molina Jimenez and Gerson Molina Jimenez, both from Charlotte were detained and investigators plan to charge the brothers with grand larceny.
An incident report states that shortly after 8 a.m. officers responded to a reported theft that had occurred overnight at 2949 Ingleside Boulevard. The complainant stated that the suspects worked at the construction site and were still present when police arrived.
