CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The city of Charleston is suing the owners of a Johns Island home, claiming they dumped massive amounts of trash and construction debris onto city-owned land behind their property.
The lawsuit says the property on Blackfish Road borders about six acres owned by the city, where the Barberry Woods drainage improvement project is underway.
