CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The Charleston Police Department has arrested three women following a shooting outside a bar Friday morning.
Jonszhell Derone Simmons-Agnew, 39, is charged with disorderly conduct; India Grant, 40, is charged with discharging a firearm; and Ebony Jonice White, 39, is charged with driving under the influence and simple possession of marijuana.
