NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A second man is facing charges in connection to an assault and subsequent moped theft that happened the day before Christmas Eve.
Shaun Laval Jenkins, 38, is charged with first-degree assault and battery and strong-arm robbery.
Jenkins was arrested Wednesday at a bus station.
