NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department is searching for a vulnerable man who has been missing for two days.
Paul Anthony Blakeny, 48, was last seen Monday near the 2100 block of Dorchester Road. He has schizophrenia and needs daily medication.
