NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A brother and sister were arrested following a domestic dispute Thursday morning in North Charleston.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a report of a brother and sister fighting on Allwood Avenue at around 10:15 a.m. on Thursday. While enroute, another report came in that the brother had pointed a gun at his sister, making her fear for her life.
