MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) — The attorney representing a subject in the Mount Pleasant Police Department cheating scandal issued a statement Tuesday evening arguing that the state’s breath-test training exam was presented in an open-book format.
This statement comes after the SCCJA Director held a press conference where it was reported that the INTOX DMT test “was not open book” and that “no test at the Academy is open-book.”
