Lawsuit claims Charleston restaurant served alcohol to underage driver before crash

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The mother of a man killed in a 2023 crash on Savannah Highway has filed a wrongful death lawsuit alleging a downtown Charleston restaurant illegally served alcohol to an underage driver before the fatal collision.

Debra Homicki, as personal representative of the estate of Todd Homicki, filed suit in Charleston County against Angelyna-Cora Patricia Coleman, along with Taco Boy Dos, LLC, All Good Industries, LLC and server Clara Morse.

The Taco Boy mention is the location at 217 Huger St.

Additionally, the details of the latest lawsuit mirror those of the deadly DUI crash in April 2023, where Jamie Lee Komoroski killed Samantha Miller in a drunk driving crash.
