ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCIV) — A truck and boat trailer sank in Morgan Creek at the Isle of Palms boat landing Wednesday after police say a mechanical issue caused the truck’s brakes to fail, sending it rolling down the ramp and into a deep underwater drop-off.
The incident shut down the boat landing for a few hours, but it has since reopened.
Nobody was injured, and nobody was inside the truck during the accident, police said…
