MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) — The Mount Pleasant Police Department arrested two suspects in connection with a series of storage unit burglaries and recovered nearly half a million dollars in stolen property.
Dylan Thomas Rickard, 30, and Alina Mar Hall, 33, both of Charleston, were each charged with six counts of burglary.
Detectives responded Monday to a reported burglary at a local storage facility. During the investigation, detectives identified the suspects based on information obtained in earlier burglary investigations this month, Sgt. Robert Blaschke said.
They executed a search warrant at the suspects’ house and recovered a large quantity of stolen property valued at approximately $500,000, a stolen rifle and several other items detectives believed were taken from locations throughout the Lowcountry…
