NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A 20-year-old North Charleston woman was arrested Tuesday after police said she left her two young children home alone.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department were dispatched around 1:30 p.m. to the Silvana Oaks Apartments after receiving reports of a 2-year-old child running unattended in the parking lot.
