After listing for new ownership in August 2025, global real estate firm Avison Young has found a new owner for a Summerville warehouse and distribution facility.
Goldrich Kest, a California-based real estate company, purchased the 448,765-square-foot property, marking its first acquisition in South Carolina, according to a news release. The cost of the property was not divulged.
The primary tenant for the Class A building is IFA Rotorion, a automotive supplier of prop shafts and joint competencies for companies such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Ferrari, according to the news release…
