NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A North Charleston woman was arrested Tuesday after officers say she left her two young children at home.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department were dispatched to the Silvana Oaks Apartments around 1:30 p.m., after being told that a two-year-old child was running around the parking lot alone, with the door to its apartment open.
