BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division has arrested a Berkeley County man with multiple charges of Vehicle Fraud on Feb. 28.
SLED issued eight arrest warrants for Eric Sharone Wilson, 53, of Berkeley County, who is accused of displaying false Vehicle Identification Numbers on multiple vehicles, which were reported to be stolen from several counties around the state.
Wilson’s charges include four counts of Possession of a Vehicle with an Altered Vehicle Identification Number, three counts of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – Value $10,000 or More, and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – Value more than $2,000 but Less than $10,000…
