NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – On Monday night, officers arrested a man after he was allegedly found in possession of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, and a loaded handgun, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Officers responded to a burglary report at the North Charleston Lodge just before midnight. NCPD reviewed security footage, which showed three individuals entering and exiting a room. Motel management confirmed that only one guest was registered for that room.
Management and officers knocked on the door and asked the occupants to exit. As they did, 23-year-old Calestro Bernard Frazier allegedly reached for his pockets and waistband. Officers tried to gain control of Frazier, but he threw three plastic bags into the pool area below, NCPD states…
