CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The man who died while in-custody over the weekend was identified Tuesday as a 42-year-old from Summerville, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.
David Tisdale died while at the Summerville Medical Center on Sunday, March 1, at 9:36 p.m., Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal said.
