CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex in West Ashley on Wednesday afternoon.
Sgt. Chris Stinson says that officers were dispatched at 1:15 p.m. to the Palmilla Apartments on Ashley River Road for a victim suffering a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries…
