JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) — Neighbors on Johns Island packed a community meeting to voice concerns about transparency, equity and accountability in the Charleston County School District.
The public meeting following tensions that erupted at last week’s school board meeting over how members are nominated to the district’s newly formed Education Foundation.
