CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman killed in a collision on Savannah Highway in Ravenel, Saturday night.
Phyllis Miller, a 69-year-old female from Beaufort County was identified as the deceased.
