The search continues: $2,500 reward offered for safe return of missing cat Willa

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Weeks after her alleged abduction, a local adoption center is offering a $2,500 reward for the safe return of Willa, a Charleston family’s beloved cat.

BACKGROUND: The search for Willa: Charleston family’s cat allegedly stolen by delivery driver

The 4-year-old Calico was allegedly abducted by a food delivery driver, with her collar and AirTag tracking device removed about a mile from the feline’s residence.

Carol Linville, founder of Pet Helpers, a local adoption center and pet clinic, established the award and hopes that the incentive will lead to Willa’s safe return home.

The suspect was previously apprehended by law enforcement and told officers that Willa was released in the general area where she was ‘found’, but Willa remains lost to this day…
