NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The teen accused in the fatal shooting outside of KC Mulligans Pub and his father are back in North Charleston after being extradited from Georgia, where they were located by the U.S Marshals Fugitive Task Force, on Tuesday, police said.
A warrants sergeant transported 17-year-old Maxwell Thomas Koller and his father, 55-year-old Thomas David Koller back home to face charges stemming from the March 4th shooting. Maxwell Koller is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, while his father is charged as an accessory after the fact to murder.
