NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A previously suspended driver received multiple driving-related charges after backing into a vehicle on Monday morning in North Charleston, officers say.
The driver was seen driving aggressively before coming to a stop on Dorchester Road, then reportedly backed into the car behind him.
