NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The two people arrested earlier this month after an investigation found that alleged neglect led to the death of a vulnerable adult at a local care facility now face additional charges, according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
Cynthia Kelly and Reginald Kelly were served additional arrest warrants after the Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud Unit identified another victim who died while in their care, officials said.
