JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) — An important development came out of James Island Thursday evening after council members passed a motion to authorize a request from SCDOT to remove the medians from the Folly Road Safety Improvement Plan.
According to town leaders, they have well over 1,000 signatures from residents who are against the medians, claiming that they would limit access to business along Folly Road.
