BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office says its deputies arrested a man found with drugs during a traffic stop.
Michael Bradford Lipsey, 36, of St. Stephen, is charged with trafficking between four and 14 grams of fentanyl and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Lipsey was pulled over Thursday after deputies patrolling on Mendel Rivers Road spotted him driving. Deputies reportedly knew from other interactions that Lipsey had a suspended license, leading to them initiating a traffic stop.
