NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Four teens were arrested Sunday night after being accused of robbing three men at gunpoint and trying to rob nine others.
Two 13-year-olds, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old are all charged with three counts of armed robbery, nine counts of attempted armed robbery, four counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm under 18, according to jail records.
North Charleston Police officers responded to a weapons call at the 2700 block of Oak Leaf Drive just after 7 p.m. Upon arrival, the victims said they were playing basketball when they were approached by four suspects who demanded their wallets.
