SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) — Downtown Summerville may still look calm early this week, but that will quickly change as one of the Lowcountry’s largest festivals returns this weekend.
The annual Flowertown Festival, organized by the Summerville Family YMCA, is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors over three days.
