NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A third person has been arrested in connection with the theft of copper wire from a North Charleston business.
Michael David Prosecky, 45, was arrested following an investigation by the North Charleston Police Department regarding copper electrical wire that was stolen from Ruby Tuesday on Northside Drive.
