Charleston, S.C. — The Charleston Police Department has released recent crime reports from Team 5, covering Daniel Island, Clements Ferry Road, and parts of Cainhoy between March 1 and March 15.
Drug / Narcotics Violations
On March 2, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Clements Ferry Road due to an expired license plate decal.
Police said the driver could not provide proper documents and only gave verbal identification. During the stop, the officer noticed the smell of marijuana and carried out a search of the vehicle.
