Hanahan’s long-envisioned town center is beginning to take shape. Plans have been unveiled for Blackwells Corner, a new mixed-use development planned for the heart of downtown Hanahan.
Located along a corridor long recognized by residents as the community’s natural crossroads, Blackwells Corner will introduce a walkable, lifestyle-driven hub blending curated dining, retail, fitness studios, salons, and office space across approximately 40,000 total square feet.
