The Mount Pleasant Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Town Hall (100 Ann Edwards Lane). The board will consider several variance requests, including:
- 835 Pitt Street – request to increase the building area ratio to 56.3% (limit is 50%)
- 1417 Mataoka Street – request to build a pool within the tree protection zone of two large live oaks
- 524 Whilden Street – deferred case seeking smaller front and side yard setbacks for a new home
- 935 Center Street – request to allow a taller accessory structure closer to property lines
