BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — Construction is underway on a new 114-unit townhome development in Nexton, marking the next phase of a growing residential area in Berkeley County.
Woodfield Development and PGIM announced the start of construction on Nexton Townhomes, an expansion of The Radler, a nearby apartment community completed in 2024.
