CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) -Many people in the community spoke with state and local leaders about their concerns for the Cainhoy, Huger and Wando areas as traffic and rapid population growth continue to impact people locally.
Recently, state planners gave these areas an “F” grade for congestion on their roads. It’s a concern that many residents have echoed over the years.
