North Charleston Police make 4th arrest in deadly Mulligans shooting

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A fourth person is facing charges in a deadly shooting over suspicions he may have provided the gun that was used.

Aiden Jeffery Roberts, 19, of North Charleston, is charged with accessory before the fact of murder.

Roberts is accused of supplying the weapon police believe was used in the killing of 29-year-old Kevin Lamar Green during a March 4 shooting at Mulligans on the 8400 block of Rivers Avenue.

Maxwell Koller, 17, was charged with murder in this shooting as well as possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Koller’s parents, Thomas and Renee Koller, were both charged with accessory after the fact of murder shortly after the shooting.

Thomas and Maxwell Koller had to be extradited from Georgia, which is where U.S. Marshals found and arrested the pair…
