Caregiver arrested after 2 resident deaths at North Charleston care facility

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office says neglect at a North Charleston residential care facility left two residents dead and a third with serious injuries.

Wilhelmina C. Rellora, 66, is charged with two counts of abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult resulting in death and one count resulting in great bodily injury.

The arrest warrants allege that she failed to provide necessary care, goods and services required to protect the health and safety of vulnerable adult residents at Park Circle Home, a community residential care facility at 1133 Bexley Street in North Charleston.
