Man arrested in North Charleston for stealing electric power, resisting arrest: NCPD

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – On Tuesday, police arrested a man in North Charleston after receiving a report that he was using outdoor outlets of a building without permission. When confronted, he refused to cooperate with the officers and resisted arrest.

An officer from the North Charleston Police Department was patrolling behind a Sunoco on Ashley Phosphate Road due to complaints about someone using the building’s exterior outlets without permission.
