NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a February North Charleston shooting that damaged apartments and vehicles, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Mario Lavell Burgess was arrested and charged with assault and battery 1st degree, firing into a dwelling and felony possession of a firearm. At the time of his arrest he was already being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center for separate crimes.
