Authorities have identified a 74-year-old man who was shot and killed by officers Tuesday while investigators were attempting to serve a warrant at a Fort Mill apartment complex.
The man was identified as Yves Venne, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, which is investigating the shooting. Venne is identified online as a jazz pianist.
