Another county in Charlotte area confirms cyclosporiasis case

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Cabarrus County joins others in North Carolina confirming a case of cyclosporiasis, the parasite known for causing intense diarrhea.

County health officials announced its investigation into the case on Wednesday as cases grow state- and nationwide.
